Ordering at Vatille is simple: create and place the tea you like to order in your shopping cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. You’re able to easily add or remove products from your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen to view the contents of your cart.
If you’d like to order the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button. Do you have a discount code or a giftcard? You can apply those in the ordering process.
Create an account or use fast check-out
Create your own account and we’ll save your details and you can easily view your previous orders. Rather not? No problem. You can also fill in your details once to place your order. When you use fast check-out, we only use your details to process the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, iDeal and Bancontact. All payments are safely performed by Mollie. From the ordering process you will be automatically guided to the electronic payment environment of your own bank or another secure payment environment.
After receiving your order, we will send your tea as soon as possible to the address you’ve specified. We bring over all orders to the post office three times a week. It’s hard to say how long it will take to get the tea at your doorstep. It’s safe to make an estimation of five to ten business days.
That’s a wonderful idea. Just enter a different delivery address during check out and the rest will go automatically!
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are a maximum of 3.99 euros.
For international shipping, maximum costs are 18 euros. When you’re checking out, shipping costs are automatically recalculated depending on your destination.
Are you putting in an order of 50 euros or more and your shipping address is in the Netherlands? Then you’ll receive free shipping.
Please note that we are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left us.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition.
In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method.
Is your product delivered in the Netherlands? Than we will refund the shipping costs.
Is your product delivered internationally? Then the shipping costs for the return of your purchase are for your own account.
